DATA CHANGE

Change of Ownership:

If you sell your boat, you are obliged to notify the Polish registration authority, so when handing over the boat to the new owner, do not forget to pass on the registration documents of the boat. The new owner has up to 30 days to request the change of data and register the boat in his or her name. When you change the ownership data, you can also request the new name for your boat, type of use (pleasure or commercial purposes) or the home port ... You can also keep the name and port that have already been registered.

Motor Change

Any change of the boat that affects its basic characteristics must be reported to the registry office and an update of these changes requested. While this process is being carried out, we must communicate this to the registry office and update this data.
