If your boat has been registered, you have your Polish registration certificate in hand and you realize that these documents - the provisional certificate and final certificate do not contain all the data -  (for example the details of your place of residence or the owner), you don't have to worry. The maritime and registry administration, as well as the police and all relevant institutions have direct access to the data as well as any changes or updates. This includes the UKE (Office for Electronic Communication), which is responsible for the radio register and civil aviation, which registers radio beacons. The Polish registration system gives you the opportunity to request the extract from the system, in which all data is recorded, including that not included in the certificates. The document is in digital form and written in Polish. If you wish, we can translate it for you. Requesting the extract from the system is not mandatory; it is optional and you can request it at any time.
